IP Addresses
When your web browser or email application requests a web page or email from
another computer on the Internet, it automatically gives that computer the
address where it should send the information. This is called your computer's "IP
address." (IP stands for "Internet protocol.") For most users accessing the
Internet from a dial-up Internet service provider (ISP), the IP address will be
different every time you log on.
Cookie
When you interact with the A2TA Website we strive to make that experience easy
and meaningful. When you come to our Web site, our Web server sends a cookie to
your computer. Cookies are files that Web browsers place on a computer's hard
drive and are used to tell us whether customers and visitors have visited the
Site previously.
Standing alone, cookies do not identify you personally. They merely recognize
your browser. Unless you choose to identify yourself to A2TA, you remain
anonymous to A2TA. A2TA only uses Session cookies. Session cookies exist only
during an online session. They disappear from your computer when you close your
browser software or turn off your computer. Persistent cookies remain on your
computer after you've closed your browser or turned off your computer.
A2TA does not use Persistent cookies. A2TA uses session cookies containing
encrypted or encoded information including your username and session ID. This
information allows A2TA to process your online transactions and requests.
Session cookies help us make sure you are who you say you are after you've
logged in and are required in order to use the A2TA application. Users who
disable their Web browsers' ability to accept cookies will be able to browse our
Website but will not be able to successfully use our service.
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique
identifier that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored
on your computer's hard drive.
Each web site can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser's
preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a
web site to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent
to you by other sites.
Choices about Cookies
You can configure your browser to accept all cookies, reject all cookies, or
notify you when a cookie is set. (Each browser is different, so check the "Help"
menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences.)
If you reject all cookies, you may not be able to take full advantage of all
A2TA offerings.
Third-Party Sites
The Site contains links to other web sites. A2TA is not responsible for the
privacy practices or the content of these other web sites. Customers and
visitors will need to check the policy statement of these others web sites to
understand their policies. Customers and visitors who access a linked site may
be disclosing their private information. It is the responsibility of the user to
keep such information private and confidential.
Security
Our Site has security measures in place to help protect against the loss,
misuse, and alteration of the Data under our control. When our Site is accessed
using Netscape Navigator, or Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 5.0 or higher,
Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects billing information using both
server authentication and data encryption to help ensure that Data is safe,
secure, and available only to you. A2TA also implements an advanced security
method based on dynamic data and encoded session identifications, and hosts the
Site in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced
technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Finally,
A2TA provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a
customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain
data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of Data.

If customers need to update or change registration information they may do so by
sending an e-mail to support@a2ta.com or by calling 800-830-3901.
